A Very Crafty Christmas

In continuing with my effort to save a few dollars this Christmas while giving gifts (I hope) my family will enjoy, I present - Noah's Ark.
I made this for my niece Nomers, who is about 3 months younger than The Jib. If the amount if interest Puckey and Jib showed in this is any indication, I think Nomers will really like it. It's got a pocket on either side, to hold the animals and Noah.

Julie, that is so sweet and it looks awesome! I wish I were so crafty....I always have to steal everyone else's ideas. :-)

That is cute. Where did you find the fabric for it?
Is it pretty much cut them out sew around them and stuff.
If there is more involved let me know. That is about my limit on sewing ability.
I have a young niece and nephew and this would be a good gift for them too.

I love the way you shop. Can't beat .99 at the Goodwill.

I'll keep an eye out for something similar. I'd love to find a Nativity set to sew like that.
I'm sure they're out there, but haven't thought to look until I saw your adorable Noah's ark.
