Tuesday Tip O' the Day

A little inaugural tip-

Pray for our nation and our new president. Even if he's not the guy you would have chosen for the job. I think it's even MORE important than ever for us to pray for our leadership in this country.

Oh, and if you live where there's lots of snow - if your kids play outside with your sled in the snow, make sure they put it away when they're done. Otherwise it might get snowed on AGAIN and then you won't be able to find it when your daughter wants to go sledding with her Girl Scout troop. Not that I'm speaking from personal experience or anything....

good tips...

you can type a prayer for President Obama and family at the LPM blog... its encouraging to read all the prayers that are being lifted. You are right, its a good time to be praying...

thankfully we don't live in a snowy climate, that sort of thing would happen to us ALL the time, I think...

So True Julie!

This was not the outcome I would have liked, but I am praying for a positive outcome to the next 4 years and beyond.

Good luck finding that sled. Not that I think you were speaking from experience. ;o)

Hypothetically, if that were to happen to me....

...I would send them out all bundled up (with Daddy, of course) and let them dig around in said snow until the found it...

....while watching from the nice and cozy window in my warm and comfy house.

Hypothetically speaking, of course.

I'm praying, too, for Mr. Obama...harder than I ever have for any president, that's for sure! :-)
